At Rilix, our footwear production process follows multiple stages modeling, cutting, sewing, gluing, finishing, and rigorous quality control to ensure each product meets our high standards. Our methodology boosts productivity and minimizes defects. We use four construction techniques: Blake, Strobel, Mounted Normal, and Glove, each offering unique benefits, as illustrated in the following diagrams.

Project analysis.
We evaluate the design to determine the materials and the manufacturing process to follow. We actively collaborate in the design process of each product to meet the objectives of each client.
Research of raw materials.
Based on the client’s indications and our experience, we select those materials that guarantee an excellent final finish in accordance with the client’s expectations.
Technical advice
During the manufacturing process the client will receive technical advice on all those processes that can improve the final finish of the footwear.
Manufacturing of prototypes.
The development of samples is essential to verify the technical feasibility of the different materials used, as well as the final design.
Production.
Once the samples and prototypes have been approved by the client and have successfully passed the demanding tests to which they are subjected, our craftsmen and experts proceed with the manufacturing process.
Quality control.
A specialised and experienced team guarantees a human value chain that is unique in the industry. The stringent quality control is carried out individually for each pair.
